The Academy’s ICF accredited, Level 1, Certified Executive Coach (CEC) training program provides 73 coach training hours.
These training hours can be applied toward the ICF ACC Credential. The 6-month program is tailored toward expanding leadership capacity and developing coaching methodologies through real-world practice.

Certified Executive Coach
6-month CEC course – MONDAYS, 8:00pm EST
icf accredited executive coaching certification course, level 1 path. The course consists of 24 classes: 1 day per week, 2 hours per class (48 hours of live, virtual classes plus an additional 25 hours of asynchronous learning)

THIS COURSE FULLY MEETs THE LEVEL 1 REQUIRED TRAINING HOURS FOR THE ICF ACC CREDENTIAL
The course received accreditation in February, 2023.
The course is designed around the 8 Core Competencies and the Code of Ethics and Standards as specified by the ICF.
Students will be provided with the coaching tools necessary to begin focusing on the specialty niche of Executive Coaching upon completion of the course and final exam.
Students will be guided, through live instruction by ICF Accredited coaches who are passionate about empowering others, to discover and be the best version of themselves.

All courses are fully refundable up to one week (7 days) after the first class. Once students have attended the second class, Metanoia Academy has a no refund policy. Special circumstances may be considered on a case by case basis.
