How it began:
Metanoia Academy began as a thought. That thought became a vision. That vision became a four-year journey to design a Certified Executive Coach training course. A course designed by leaders, for leaders.
Who we are:
In leadership development, there is a meaningful difference between theoretical knowledge and lived experience.
At Metanoia Academy, every instructor has held leadership roles and has also invested deeply in the craft of coaching. We don’t teach coaching through a leadership lens or leadership through a coaching lens – we thrive at the intersection of both.
We are practitioners first. Our instructors are seasoned leaders who have sat in the same seats our students occupy — managing teams, shaping strategy, navigating change, and avoiding the “solutioning” traps that hold leaders back.
We are committed to ICF’s Gold Standard. The accreditation journey took four years of detailed, intentional work because our students deserve an education that is both rigorous and transformative.
We are partners in growth. Cohorts are intentionally small (up to 16) to maintain a collaborative learning environment with mentorship, guidance, and post-class recaps that help leaders shift from managing tasks to leading with curiosity, presence, and skill.
We have walked this path. Now we walk it alongside the leaders who join us.

An ICF Accredited 8-hour continuing coach education course.
Certified Executive Coach Training Program:
An ICF Accredited, 73-hour , Level 1 future coach certification course.

** Course Refund Policy
All courses are fully refundable up to one week (7 days) after the first class. Once students have attended the second class, Metanoia Academy has a no refund policy. Special circumstances may be considered on a case by case basis.
