Discovery Through Dialog is an ICF Accredited Continuing Coach Education course designed to strengthen active listening while remaining fully present.
These cohorts are tailored toward expanding our capacity as coaches. Through focused learning and intentional practice, we broaden our knowledge base and strengthen the fundamental coaching capabilities.

Discovery through dialog
This 8-hour Listening cohort will provide insight into the true art of listening and guidance for engaging in active, two-way dialog. We will begin with the definition of listening and continue through the ability to engage in difficult conversations.
We will traverse the levels of listening, active and passive, how to actively listen, using intuition in conversations and removing emotion from difficult conversations.
The learning objectives are to: (1) understand what listening is, (2) understand how we listen, (3) improve listening skills and (4) remove emotion from conversations while improving overall communication skills.
Anyone seeking to understand and improve their listening, engaging in conversation and improving communication skills is encouraged to attend.
The program will occur every quarter as a lunch and learn. The cohort dates are released once the waitlist has 4 enrollees:

** Course Refund Policy
All courses are fully refundable up to one week (7 days) after the first class. Once students have attended the second class, Metanoia Academy has a no refund policy. Special circumstances may be considered on a case by case basis.
