Discovery through dialog
This 8-hour Listening cohort will provide insight into the true art of listening and guidance for engaging in active, two-way dialog. We will begin with the definition of listening and continue through the ability to engage in difficult conversations.
We will traverse the levels of listening, active and passive, how to actively listen, using intuition in conversations and removing emotion from difficult conversations.
The learning objectives are to: (1) understand what listening is, (2) understand how we listen, (3) improve listening skills and (4) remove emotion from conversations while improving overall communication skills.
Anyone seeking to understand and improve their listening, engaging in conversation and improving communication skills is encouraged to attend.
The program will occur every quarter as a lunch and learn. The cohort dates are released once the waitlist has 4 enrollees:
Certified Executive Coach
6-month CEC course – pilot program #2 – MONDAYS, 8:00pm EST
icf accredited executive coaching certification course, level 1 path. The course consists of 24 classes: 1 day per week, 2 hours per class (48 hours of live virtual classes, an additional 25 hours of asynchronous learning)

THIS COURSE FULLY MEETs THE LEVEL 1 REQUIRED TRAINING HOURS FOR THE ICF ACC CREDENTIAL
The course received accreditation in February, 2023.
The course is designed around the 8 Core Competencies and the Code of Ethics and Standards as specified by the ICF.
Students will be provided with the coaching tools necessary to begin focusing on the specialty niche of Executive Coaching upon completion of the course and final exam.
Students will be guided, through live instruction by ICF Accredited coaches who are passionate about empowering others, to discover and be the best version of themselves.

ICF ACCREDITED EXECUTIVE COACHING CERTIFICATION COURSE, LEVEL 1 PATH. the course consists of 12 CLASSES: 2 DAYs PER WEEK, 2 HOURS per class. (48 HOURS OF LIVE VIRTUAL CLASSES, AN ADDITIONAL 25 HOURS OF ASYNCHRONOUS LEARNING)

All courses are fully refundable up to one week (7 days) after the first class. Once students have attended the second class, Metanoia Academy has a no refund policy. Special circumstances may be considered on a case by case basis.
