Our Mission/Story
Within each of us, lies the ability to weigh the advantages and disadvantages of all viable options. Also, within each of us, lies the answer that is sometimes buried right below the surface, waiting to be discovered.
Through the coaching process, we will help you understand that your choices are your own. Your ultimate decision will be a reflection of your desires, your creativity, your awareness and your individual power.
Through the consulting process, we will leave no stone unturned and discover the best methodology to streamline operations, enhance systems and process and empower all levels of personnel to improve functionality and ROI.

EXPERTISE
Lisa brings to us a very unique skill set. She is able to observe a situation, assess the immediate strengths and areas of necessary improvement and then provide a cohesive game plan toward successful change implementation, whether to help an individual or an organization. Her specializations are in reorganization and streamlining operations; personnel coaching & training; management improvement and exemplary customer relations techniques. She has developed and formulated corporate policy and strategy, written personnel, operations, and sales training manuals. Her passion is contagious and brings to the team a never-ending desire to roll up our sleeves, dig in and do whatever it takes. Her corporate philosophy is, a no is never a no. It is simply a reason to knock on the door again, ask another question (or 25) and place an additional follow-up call. She completed her ICF PCC level Designation in January, 2022 and holds dual Coaching Certifications in Leadership and Organizational Strategy. She also completed her Professional Masters Certification in Change Management.
In her own words: “I am an outside-the-box thinker and visionary leader with experience across diverse industries and market segments. Over the years, I have developed an innate ability to build cohesive teams through hands-on, empowering servant leadership and thereby exceed corporate goals and objectives. I possess an extraordinarily cross-functional management background with concentration on exemplary customer service, training and motivation of cutting edge professionals. All combined with a big-picture focus to streamline operations and improve ROI via hands-on mentoring, consulting and coaching, allowing the organization to achieve full potential reflecting profitable results.”
On A Personal Note
WHAT I LOVE ABOUT MY WORK …
I thrive on helping others find their inner strength and ultimately be their best. Through your success, we succeed. I love to dive in, explore and continuously learn from individuals, teams and organizations on how together, we can create forward momentum with clarity. I also love to roll up my sleeves, discover and implement strategic but practical solutions to help individuals and organizations overcome, resolve and solve any dilemma.
WHAT ARE MY BELIEFS?
Giving back and paying it forward. My philosophies in life (one of which you’ve already seen) are:
The central ingredient to power is, purpose … in order to achieve something powerful, you must have a purpose. Having purpose will provide the power to accomplish anything.
Do something, anything, make a difference … one small gesture can have a huge impact.
The ability to laugh at ourselves, being kind, being truthful and having the courage and wisdom to be who you truly are.
WHERE ELSE WILL YOU FIND ME?
I believe in staying busy and you’ll find me cooking, running (on a warm day outside), meditating, practicing yoga, improving my photography skills, reading or simply enjoying a nice glass of wine with friends.
